We organize monthly forums bringing together young people and women to discuss empowerment, innovation, and sustainability. Each session highlights climate resilience, green entrepreneurship, and how communities can take part in protecting the environment
Our mentorship program pairs youth and women with successful local role models including environmental champions to foster personal growth, professional development, and climate-conscious leadership.
Every quarter, we host leadership, communication, and advocacy workshops designed to strengthen confidence and civic engagement. Participants also learn how to advocate for climate action and sustainable community initiatives

We facilitate connections to government and private sector enterprise funds supporting youth and women-led businesses, including those with eco-friendly and climate-adaptive projects.
Through our peer support networks, participants build resilience, share experiences, and collaborate on community based environmental and social projects.
